We deliver fresh flowers Monday to Saturday. Orders made after 1PM Monday to Friday or after 12noon Saturday will be delivered the next day.

Yes! If your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday or 12noon on Saturday – it will be delivered the same day. 

If you order after these, or if you order on a Sunday or a public holiday then it will be delivered the next available day. 

We delivery to home addresses from 9am to 7pm, Schools 9am to 3pm and businesses 9am to 5pm. We can not give you a specific time or guarantee a time if the order is placed by the website. If you need a more specific delivery please call the store on 08 8349 8188 to see if this can be accommodated (extra charges apply for timed deliveries)08 8349 8188

Yes we do! 

Orders get delivered 9am to 7pm. Please make sure you have the correct name and address for the hospital, use Google maps to make sure all these details are correct. Please address it to their full name (possibly including their maiden name if they are in maternity) and include the ward, room or bed number.

Please note, flowers and plants are not accepted in the ICU. 

There are a few options for this:

  • Leave it in a safe place that is in shade and out of eye sight from the road (and only if the weather permits)
  • Call the recipient to see if there is somewhere they want it to be left
  • Leave it in with a neighbour
  • Brought back to the store, there will be a note left behind in their letter box letting them know they can collect their order from our shop.
 
If you know they won’t be home consider ordering a box arrangement or adding a vase to a bouquet for best hydration while waiting. 
 
Please note: Alcohol can not be left, it needs be signed for by an adult. If the order needs to be left somewhere, the alcohol will be brought back to the store and the recipient can collect at their convenience.

Please come into the store or call us 08 8349 8188 to order. Generally we like to have a weeks notice to make sure we have the right flowers, but you can call to see if we can fit you in if it is short notice.
